Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu International Airport (TIA), you will be greeted by our representative from Leisure Holidays. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel. Overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Kathmandu Durbar Square and the surrounding areas)
Kathmandu Durbar Square:
Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the important historic and tourist destinations in Nepal. It listed as one of the eight
Cultural World Heritage Site by UNESCO, Kathmandu Durbar Square also know as Hanuman Dhoka Square. Hanuman Dhoka Palace complex consists of a huge Royal Square exposing a tremendous variety of temples dedicated to different Hindus gods and goddess. Most of the buildings we see here date from 15th to 18th century.
Swayambhunath Stupa:
It is one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist Stupa, it is said to be 2000 years old. Visitors often call it "Monkey Temple". The main structure brick and clay which supports a lofty conical spire capped by a pinnacle of copper gilt. There are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha on the four sides of spire. Swayambhunath is a mosaic of small stupa and pagoda temples. Being located in the top level of valley, this place is famous for visitors for sightseeing.
Pasupatinath Temple:
Pashupatinath Temple, with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition. Regarded as the most sacred temple of Hindu Lord Shiva in the world .
Pasupatinath temple also being the temple of Lord Shiva possessed its two-storied golden roof and silver doors and is famous for its superb architecture. The temple is situated 5 kilometer east of Kathmandu heart, on the banks of sacred Bagmati River. Only
Hindu pilgrims can enter the premises of the temple. Non-Hindus can admire the beauty of the temple from the other side of the
Bagmati River, on the banks of which Pashupatinath Temple stands.
Bouddhanath Stupa:
Bouddhanath Stupa is the largest stupa in Nepal and the holiest Tibetan Buddhist temple outside Tibet. It is the center of Tibetan culture in Kathmandu and rich in Buddhist symbolism. The stupa is located in the town of Boudha, on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. After 1959, many Tibetans arrived and settled in Bouddhanath area. The stupa, a well-known
Buddhist pilgrimage site, is included in
World Heritage Cultural site list by UNESCO.
Day 03: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Patan Durbar Square, explore local cuisine, local music, surrounding areas)
Patan Durbar Square:
Most of the monuments in this square date back to the medieval Malla period 15th to 17th century as the golden period of Nepalese art and architecture. Bhaktapur Durbar Square:
Located about 20 km east of Kathmandu in the Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur is known as the 'City of Devotees', the 'City of Culture', the 'Living Heritage', and 'Nepal's Cultural Gem'.
Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, open courtyards. The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines. The

Day 04: Departure (enjoy Rickshaw ride before you board your flight)
As this is the last day of Around Kathmandu Tour, you will prepare for your departure on this day. Make sure you have got all your souvenirs in your luggage and have all the necessary documents to make it easy for the immigration officials at the International airport. You will be transferred to the airport by taxi/car. The tours around Kathmandu ends but the memories will be eternal.
